Monique Singh x The Literary Catwalk

A sequel has been made in the collaboration of Monique Singh and her sister Shantie Singh! A unique runway event brought together fashion, literature, and hidden warriors at the crossroads. It marked another milestone in our sisterhood collaboration with a bespoke Monique Singh look designed exclusively for Shantie Singh’s book launch. Her latest book, ‘Na de Komma,’ highlights stories of pioneers within the Hindustani-Surinamese diaspora.

‘For this intersection of literature, fashion and cultural heritage I wanted to create a bespoke look that celebrates the Indian voluminous silhouette while complementing it with a contrasting edgy top made out of apple red faux leather. It transcends how different cultures and eras meet each other at the crossroads of life’ – Monique Singh.

For the occasion our Founder Monique Singh paired our Black Lace Catsuit and Little Black Dress. 🖤
